NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
In the matter of the Estate of William M. Clifford, deceased:
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of an order of the County Court of the
county of Beckham, state of Oklahoma, made on the 23rd day of March, 1909,
the undersigned administrator of the estate of William M. Clifford,
deceased, will sell at public sale to the highest bidder, subject to
confirmation by said Court on Monday, the 19th day of April, A.D., 1909,
at 2 o'clock p.m., at Erick, Okla., all of the right, title and interest
of said William M. Clifford, his heirs, executors and administrators in
and to the following described real estate situated in Beckham county,
state of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The northwest quarter, section twenty-nine, township seven, range
twenty-six, Beckham County, Oklahoma, said real estate will be sold on the
following terms and conditions, to wit:  Cash.

In the County Court, Sayre, said county and state In the matter of the
Estate of William M. Clifford, deceased, E. M. Green, Administrator, Hon.
Jno. C. Hendrix, Judge of said court.
The application of E. M. Green, Administrator of the estate of William M.
Clifford, deceased, having been filed herein, praying for an order of this
court restoring a lost record in said matter to wit:  The proof of death
of the decedent, William M. Clifford, on November 28th, 1909, in Beckham
county, Oklahoma, the same being an affidavit signed and sworn to by J. R.
Lee and W. P. Epps, setting out the fact of said death.
It is therefore considered, ordered and adjudged by the court, that the 12
day of December, 1909, at the hour of 10 a.m. of said day, that being a
day of the regular Oct. 1909 term of this court, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time when all persons interested in said estate will be
required to appear before this court, at the county court room, in said
county, and show cause why an order restoring said lost record should not
be granted in said position.
It is further ordered, that notice of the time and place of the hearing of
said application be given to all persons interested in said estate by
advertising in Beckham County Democrat as provided by law.
