NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE WILL.
In the matter of the Estate of Hiram Nichols, deceased.
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Hiram
Nichols, deceased, that on the 19th day of September, 1927, Mary M.
Nichols produced and filed in the county court of the county of Beckham
and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last
will and testament of Hiram Nichols, deceased, and also filed in said
court her petition praying for the probate of said will, and that letters
testamentary issue thereon to Mary M. Nichols, the executrix named in the
will.
Pursuant to an order made by said court on the 19th day of September,
1927, notice is hereby given that the 6th day of October, 1927, at the
hour of 10 A.M., has been appointed by said court, as the time for hearing
said petition and proving said will at the county court room in the county
Court House in Sayre, Beckham County, State of Oklahoma when and where all
persons interested may appear and contest same.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal of said county
court, this 19th day of September, 1927.
