In the matter of the estate of J. M. Riggs, deceased.
To the heirs, next of kin, and creditors of J. M. Riggs, deceased.
You are hereby notified that Mrs. Parthenia E. Riggs, has applied to the
county court of Beckham county, state of Oklahoma, for letters of
administration on the estate of J. M. Riggs, deceased, to be granted to
Mrs. Parthenia E. Riggs and that said application will be heard at the
court room of said court in the city of Sayre in said county, on the 24th
day of October, 1910, at 10 o'clock a.m., at which time and place any
person interested may appear and show cause if any they have why such
petition should not be granted.
Witness my hand and the seal of the said court hereunto affixed this 8th
day of October 1910.
