To all heirs, both known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, and assigns, immediate and remote, of Fred Rowland, deceased, and to all record and unknown claimants of the estate of said decedent. Notice is hereby given to you and each of you and your assign, if any, that a petition has been filed in the above entitled matter of the county court of Beckham county, Oklahoma, by Hellen Kenney, one of the heirs of said estate of Fred Rowland, died intestate on the 1st day of June, 1909, in Beckham county, Oklahoma; that at the time of his death he was seized with the following described real estate to wit: Lots 3 and 4 in Section 18, Township 9N, of Range 25, W.I.M., Beckham County, Oklahoma. And that said decedent left surviving him as his only heirs at law, Hellen Kenny, formerly Hellen Rowland, George Emery Rowland and Mary Mae Rowland, praying the court to determine the question of facts as to the heirship of Fred Rowland, deceased, and that the 30th day of June, 1923, at the hour of 11 o'clock a.m. of said day in the county court room in Sayre, Oklahoma, has been set by order of the court as the time and place to hear said petition, and you are further notified to appear before the county court of Beckham county, Oklahoma, at the time and place above mentioned and submit to said court any and all evidence that is competent to establish heirship of the said Fred Rowland, deceased, and any claim, if any, to the lands described, at which time and place the court will render judgment determining heirship in said matter.
