PAUL RUTHERFORD ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE _____________________________________ Now on the 21 day of December 1981 there comes on for hearing the petition of Randal Paul Rutherford praying admission to probate the instrument filed herein on the 8th day of December 1981 purporting to be the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF W. PAUL RUTHERFORD, deceased, with said Petitioner appearing by his attorney of record, Dorthy Alexander; And the Court being satisfied that sdue notice of the time and place of this hearing has been given as required by law, and having heard the evidence offered in support of said Petion, and being fully advised in the premises, does find that the instrument propounded herein to probate was executed by the decedent, and that at the time of executing the same testator was of full age, of sound mind and memory, and that said will was executed in all particulars as required by law. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument be admitted to probate as and for the LAST WILL AND TESTA MENT , of said deceased, and that the same be and is hereby established as a valid will passing the entire estate of deceased as therein provided, and that LETTERS OF TESTAMENTARY issue to Randal Paul Rutherford as personal representive named in the will, to serve without bond for the reason that the will so provides. WITNESS MY HAND the first date above Gary P. McGinn Judge of the Distrit Court Dads will had to be probated in Oklahoma because of Oil Royalities at New Liberty left to him by his parents W.F. and Lulu Rutherford from New Liberty Oklahoma. They passed then to Gary, Randal and myself. We still hold those rights.
