In The County Court.  In the matter of determining heirship in the matter
of the estate of John M. Spivey, deceased.
The State of Oklahoma to J. H. Conway record claimant Jennie Spivey,
Horace Spivey, Claud L. Spivey, Barney L. Spivey, and Kittie C. Price,
known heirs to the unknown heirs and unknown claimants to the real estate
of John M. Spivey, deceased.
Notice is hereby given to the above named persons that J. H. Conway did on
the 30th day of July 1924 file a petition in the above named court praying
a determination of the heirship in the matter said estate be made by said
court, and that the court set a day for the hearing of said petition and
that the 10th day of September 1924 at 10 o'clock A.M., at the county
court room in the city of Sayre, in said County has been duly appointed by
the court for the hearing of said petition, at which time and place all
persons interested in said estate are directed by the court to appear and
submit evidence to the court that is competent to establish heirship in
the matter of the estate of John M. Spivey, deceased, or show cause, if
any they have, why decree should not be rendered determining heirship in
the matter of said estate.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of
said court this 20th day of July 1924.
