NOTICE
State of Oklahoma
County of Beckham
In the County Court.
In the matter of G. W. Spurlin, deceased.
To Charlotte Spurlin, J. J. Spurlin, Alice Cowans, G. A. Spurlin, A. D.
Spurlin, Maggie Abbott, J. C. Spurlin, J. B. Spurlin, and W. A. Spurlin,
known heirs of G. W. Spurlin, deceased, the creditors of said deceased.
To the unknown heirs and unknown claimants to the real estate of the
estate of G. W. Spurlin, deceased.
Notice is hereby given to the above named persons that Charlotte Spurlin
did on the 16th day of July 1923, file her petition in the above named
Court praying for a determination of the heirship in the matter of said
estate by the court, and that the court set a day for hearing the said
petition, and that the 31st day of August 1923, at 10 o'clock A.M., of
said day at the County Court Room, in the City of Sayre, in said County,
has been duly appointed by the said Court for the hearing of said
petition, at which time and place, all persons interested in said estate
are directed by the court to appear and submit evidence to the court that
is competent to establish heirship in the matter of the estate of G. W.
Spurlin, deceased, or show cause, if any they have why a decree should not
be rendered determining heirship in the matter of said estate.
In testimony, whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of
said court this the 16th day of July 1923.
