Notice of Probate Will
State of Oklahoma
County of Beckham
IN COUNTY COURT.  Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the
estate of G. M. Stewart, deceased, that on the 22nd day of September 1926
Isaac C. Stewart produced and filed in the County Court of Beckham, and
State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will
and Testament of G. M. Stewart, deceased, and also filed in said Court a
Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that letters
testamentary issued thereon to Isaac C. Stewart the executor named in said
Will, and that said petition will be heard at the Court room of said Court
in the City of Sayre in said County and State, on Thursday the 7th day of
October 1926, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., of said day, when and where
all persons interested can appear and show cause if any they have, why the
Prayer of said petition should not be granted.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of
the County Court of the said County, this 22nd day of September 1926.

Moved to Sayre
G. M. Stewart and family moved to Sayre the first of the week where Mr.
Stewart will take charge of and conduct his hotel there.  While sorry to
lose these good people, we wish them unbounded success in their business
there.
