Anthony, Laura 

Laura Anthony, 90, of 5113 Leland Dr., died Saturday, March 8, 1997.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tues

day at Brentwood Chapel of Schooler Funeral Home with Glen Walton of Bell 
Avenue Church of Christ officiating. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. 
Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.

Mrs. Anthony was born in Geary, Okla., and moved from Memphis to Amarillo 
in 1961. She had worked as a checker for Safeway and Furr's supermarkets 
and retired as a cafeteria worker at Amarillo High School in 1980. She was 
a member of North Amarillo Church of Christ. Mrs. Anthony was preceded in 
death by her husband, T.F. Anthony, in 1968.

Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Miller of Amarillo; two 
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family will be at 5113 Leland and requests memorials be to the 
American Heart Association or the High Plains Children's Home.
