All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Ochiltree County Cemetery--Perryton TX Daisy Mae Graves PERRYTON - Daisy Mae Graves, 89, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Holly Chapel of First Baptist Church of Perryton with the Rev. Ted Latham officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree County Cemetery by Good Samaritan Funeral Service of Booker. Mrs. Graves was born in Okeene, Okla., and lived in Shattuck, Okla., until she was four when her family moved to Colorado. The family moved to Waka in 1924 then made their home in Perryton. For more than 50 years, Mrs. Graves was an active member of the First Baptist Church and was a member of the Fidelis Matrons Sunday School Class. She also made quilts. She married James Alvin Graves in 1928 at Perryton. He died in 1967. Survivors include two sons, Elmer Graves of Hathaway Pines, Calif., and Don Graves of Tyler; a daughter, Elaine Farner of Daleville, Ala.; a brother, James Battin of Perryton; six grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren. The family suggest memorials be to Senior Village Memorial Fund.
