Lee, Hazel (Memoriam)

HAZEL LEE Born April 6, 1914 in Okeene Oklahoma to Arthur and Clara 
Jones. Married Jack Lee June 7, 1937. From their union came two 
children, Jackie Eugene Lee and Joyce Anita Lee Bellot. Call home by 
God our Father on June 23, 2005. Our Mother, Grand Mother, and Great 
Grand Mother, never forgotten always in our hearts. All praise to God 
our Father in the name of Jesus for we know we shall all meet again.
