The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------- THREE GIRLS HURT IN CAR TURNOVER NEAR CADDO LAST THURSDAY From the Caddo Herald Friday, December 1st, 1939 Misses Tomi Gail Williamson, Margaret Sipes and Elrena Carlton came near being seriously injured last Thursday when a car in which they were riding turned over on the soft gravel two miles west of Caddo on the Kenefic road. Miss Williamson was driving and in some manner lost control of the car on a turn. All three were badly bruised and cut by barb wire, but are able to be up and around. It was a miraculous escape as the car was demolished.
