Risner of Durant visited N.T. Risner and family of Risener Sunday. Little Willis Leper of Williamson, who has had pneumonia, is much im- proved. Tommie Williamson of Veach Grove broke an arm last week. Little Mises Georgene and Mina Margaret Sipes of Durant visited with their aunt, Mrs. Fred Washington of Kenefic this weekend. Miss Jewel Rowland of Mead, who is now in Durant attending Southeaster, visited home folks over the weekend. J.G. Harrison of Silo was a county seat caller yesterday. Tip Maye of Durant made a business trip to Fort Worth this morning. C.C. Christian of Hartshorne visited in the city. Mrs. Jack Lilley of Kenefick is visiting with her mother in Calera this week. The sophomores elected officers at Russell High. They are: Vernon Butler, president; Tolly Clymer, vice president; Clarice Monasco, secre- tary. Dillard M. Eubank is class sponsor. Those on the sick list this week at Williamson are Miss Mattie Cowan and Ruth Burcham. Burney Willy and family of Risner visited relatives at Slide Up Saturday and Sunday.
