Evans and William V. Evans both single men, of the first part, and Joseph C. Evans of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said part us of the first part, in consideration of the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) DOLLARS to them duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby quit claim, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said part of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns, forever, all their right, title, interest and estate, both at law and equity, of, in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of Bryan and State of Oklahoma, to-wit: The west one half of the west on half of the south west one fourth of section 8 in township 9 south in range 10 east (west 1/2 of the west 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of sec. 8 tw 9 so R 10E) consisting of 40 acres Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the above granted premises unto the said part of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said part us of the first part have hereunto set their hands the day and year above written. Signed William C. Evans to me know to be the identical person who executed the within and forgoing instrument and acknowledged to me that he executed the same as his free and voluntary act and deed, for the use and purposes therein, set forth. Evans is my Great Great Grandpa and William C. is my Great Grandpa and William V. is my Grandpa.
