Atnip was born July 28, 1918, in Coral, Texas. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her sons, Donald Atnip, Tulsa, Don Carroll Atnip, Norman, and Cecil Dean Atnip, Oklahoma City, and daughter, Shirley Green, Calera. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery, Norman. Atnip was born July 28, 1918, to William Levi and Lydia Bell (Overturf) Wheeler in Crowell, Texas. Atnip was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Orian; three sisters, and daughter, Juanita Atnip. She is survived by her sons, Donald Ray Atnip, Pete Atnip and Dean Atnip; daughter, Shirley; 15 grandchildren, and 28 greatgrandchildren.
