Ardrey Jr., 60 A service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church in Durant for Roy E. Ardrey Jr., 60, Durant, who died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma. Rev. Darel Bunch will officiate. He was born Sunday, July 9, 1944, in Roff to Roy E. Ardrey Sr. and Ruby Jewel (Foley) Ardrey. He married Carolyn Riley July 17, 1967, in Durant. He was a retired mechanic who enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, horseback riding and playing with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Durant Round-Up Club and also of the First Baptist Church of Fittstown. He was preceded in death by his parents, half-brother Bobby Davis, nephews Carl Edward Pack and Robert James Pack, and grandmother Erma Eugene Harper. He is survived by his wife of the home; sons Bobby and Lisa Ardrey, Madill, and Ricky and Tammie Ardrey, Arkoma; brothers Durrell Davis, Murrell Davis and Larry Ardrey, all of Foster, and Billy Ardrey, Arkansas; sister Marie Pack, Durant; granddaughters Ashley Ardrey and Sarah Ardrey, both of Durant, and Shelby Ardrey and Kenzie Ardrey, Arkoma; niece Tammay Pack, Durant; great-niece Megan Pack, Durant; nephews Wayne Pack, Durant, Carlton Pack, Durant, and Donnie and Terri Davis, Lindsey. Burial will be in Bokchito Cemetery with Wayne Pack, Carlton Pack, Carl Pack, Brandon Ardrey, Larry Ardrey and Mike Dills serving as pallbearers. Family hour will be from 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
