She was born October 19, 1929 in Achille, Oklahoma to Abney and Mary (Battice) Jefferson. Ellen is survived by her husband, Bill Cothran; one son; one daughter; one grandson and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 26, 2005 in the Little Chapel of the Roses with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
