All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Burleson Memorial Park--Burleson TX Cleveland, Ruth Ruth Cleveland, 86, a retired unit secretary for All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Burleson Church of Christ in Burleson. Burial: Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Billye Ruth Cleveland was born April 7, 1919, in Albany, Okla., to John Thomas and Stella Blackburn Tigner. She married O.W. Pete Cleveland on May 14, 1938. Ruth was a very patriotic person and she loved her family dearly, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, gardening, the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. She was a life-long member of Burleson Church of Christ and fed a lot of people. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; daughter, Gay Lynn; brothers, Don and Mann Tigner; and one sister, Hazel Hays. Survivors: Sons, O.W. "Smokey" Cleveland of Burleson, Max Cleveland and wife, Debbie, of Tom, Okla., and Hal Cleveland and wife, Judy, of Burleson; sister, Ina Henson of Ada, Okla.; six grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
