Caruthers ARLINGTON - Joseph W. Caruthers, 79, died Thursday, Dec. 2, 1999. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Rosewood Cemetery in Achille, Okla. Arrangements are by Bratcher Funeral Home of Denison. Mr. Caruthers was born in Wade, Okla., and lived in Amarillo where he was a member of the Serta Club. A retired employee of the Lone Star Co., he moved to Arlington in 1992. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma.
