Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in 4th and Cameo Church of Christ in Clovis with Waymon Dowdy officiating. Burial will be in Texico Cemetery in Texico by Muffley Funeral Home. Mr. Davis was born in Hendrix, Okla. He was a longtime Clovis resident who moved to Texas eight years ago. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed as a truck driver by Willard & Smith Trucking. He married Mary Davis in 1933 at Sapulpa, Okla. She preceded him in death. Survivors include four sons, LeRoy Davis of Toledo, Ohio, Charles Davis of Las Vegas, and Eddie Ray Davis and Willie Earl Davis, both of Los Angeles; four daughters, Doris Torrant and Catherine Butler, both of Allen, and Lois Stark and Joyce Field, both of Los Angeles; 29 grandchildren; 50 great- grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
