Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Forest Srader, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Morton Memorial Cemetery by Ellis Funeral Home. Mr. Duvak was born in Bokchito, Okla. During World War II, he served in the Army, where he earned the Purple Heart. He moved to Morton in 1951 from Tahoka. He was retired from the Texas Highway Department. He was a Catholic. He married Daisy Sharber in Frederick, Okla., in 1940. She died in 1989. Survivors include three sisters, Alpha Sharber, Onie Sharber and Donie Sharber, all of Amarillo; and two brothers, Tommy Duvak and Walter Duvak, both of Amarillo. The family suggests memorials be to First Assembly of God Church, 303 N.W. Third St., Morton, TX 79346.
