Duncan, 81, died Thursday, Aug. 7, 1997. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Fairlanes Baptist Church with the Rev. Art McAninch, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors. Mr. Duncan was born in Durant, Okla., and had been a Borger resident for 45 years. He was an employee of Phillips Philblack Plant and a member of Fairlanes Baptist Church. He married Ida Shoemake in 1938 at Bennington, Okla. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Joe W. Duncan of Pampa and Kenneth W.
