Dancer, 99 Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Boswell First Baptist Church, Boswell, with interment to follow at Restland Cemetery for Ethel M. Dancer, 99, Durant, who died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at King's Daughters and Sons Nursing Home. The family will recieve friends Monday from 5-6 p.m. at the Boswell First Baptist Church. Pratter-Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home, Hugo, is handling the arrangements. ========= Durant Daily Democrat 1 May 2005 Ethel May Dancer, 99 A service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Boswell First Baptist Church, Boswell, for Ethel May Dancer, 99, Durant, formerly of Boswell, who died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, in Durant. She was born May 30, 1905, to Joseph T. and Mary Elizabeth (Gurley) Mitchell. She married Dewey Dancer June 23, 1920, in Bennington. She had lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a charter member of the Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She played the piano and was a member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Ervin Doil "Bud" Dancer, two brothers and great-grandson Kory Black. She will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by sons James Dancer, Boswell, and Larry Dancer, Fort Smith, Ark.; daughter Melba Oliver, Durant; 11 grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Interment will be at Restland Cemetery in Boswell. Family hour will from 5-6 p.m. tody at the Boswell First Baptist Church.
