HALEY SERVICES TO BE HELD MONDAY No newspaper name available       Funeral services for Earl M. Haley, 78, of Durant, Okla., brother of Mrs. Edna Stephens of Bonham, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church at Durant with Dr. M. J. Gaskin officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery with Holmes Funeral Home directing.       Mr. Haley died in a Durant hospital Thursday, June 22, 1972.  He had lived in Bryan County most of his life.       He was born June 29, 1893 in Savoy.  He married Frankie Keirsey in Durant in 1934.       Survivors are his wife, one son, Col. Jim Dan Keirsey of Columbus, Ga.; two daughters Mrs. Koelle Raymond and Mrs. Elda K. Mody, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, Carter Haley of Denton; three sisters, Mrs. Stephens of Bonham, Mrs. Mary Enah Washington of Durant and Mrs. Grace Stephens of Roswell, N. M.
