Leora Hancock, 92

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Gethsemane 
Cemetery in Caddo for Leora Hancock, 92, Kingston, who died 
Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999, at Texoma Manor Nursing Home in Kingston. 
The Rev. Bob Johnson will officiate.

The daughter of Lee Ollie Lackey and Cordelia (Carper) Lackey, she 
was born Sept. 5, 1907, in Clarksville County, Texas. 

A former Durant resident, Hancock was a member of First Baptist 
Church in Durant and the Ladies American Legion Auxiliary. She 
came to Oklahoma in her childhood and was a housewife. 

She married Wallace Scott Hancock. 

Preceding her in death was her husband in 1952 and her parents. 

Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
