Funeral services are pending for Cora Hendley, 72, of 
Bokchito, who died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, at MCSO in 
Durant. 

Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Cora Lea Hendley, 72

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rock 
Creek Community Church, Bokchito.  The Rev. Douglas Lott 
will officiate.

Mrs. Hendley died Wednesday, Jan. 6,1999 in MCSO in Durant.
The daughter of John DeBord and Eloner Carpenter DeBord, she 
was born Nov. 30, 1926, in New Boston, Ohio.

She was retired from Yankees Department. Store in Flint, Mich., 
a housewife and member of Rock Creek Community Church in Bokchito.

She married John K. Hendley June 19, 1945, in Carent, Miss.

She was preceded in death by daughter Paula Hendley, her parents, 
daughter-in-law Neitha Hendley and brother Bill DeBord.

Burial will be in Bokchito Cemetery under the direction of 
Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home.

Family hour will be at 7 p.m. today at Dalton-Ho1mes Funeral Home.
