Durant Daily Democrat Wednesday, February 4, 2004 Charles ‘Charlie Brown’ Lewis, 64 Services are pending with Coffey-Murray Funeral Home for Charles (Charlie Brown) Lewis, 64, Durant, who passed away Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004, in Oklahoma City. =============== Durant Daily Democrat Thursday, February 5, 2004 Charles ‘Charlie Brown’ Lewis, 64 A service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Grace Indian Baptist Church for Charles, ‘Charlie Brown’ Lewis, 64, Durant, who died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2004, in Oklahoma City. The Rev. Dan McLemore will officiate. He was born Saturday, March 4, 1939, in Ardmore to Edward and Lucy (Allen) Lewis. He was an electrician and truck driver and a member of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Allen Folsom, Raymond Lewis, Trouble Lewis, James Tom and Sampson Scott. Family hour is 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery in Achille with pallbearers James Tom, Billy Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Dickie Lewis, Bobby Lewis, Dewayne Dudley and Greg Lewis.
