All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Llano Cemetery--Amarillo TX Hollice Lamberson Hollice Lamberson, 64, of Amarillo died Monday, Nov. 22, 1999. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle, with Robert Ledferd, Pentecostal minister, and LaVon Thompson, Pentecostal minister, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Lamberson was born in Bennington, Okla., and had lived in Amarillo for 45 years. For 17 years, he drove for North American Van Lines, then was supervisor with PBX, drove for Red Arrow Freight Lines and completed his career at Acco Feeds. He was a member of Life of Praise Fellowship. He married Mary Griffin in 1954 at Amarillo. He was preceded in death by a son, Steve Lamberson, in 1981. Survivors include his wife; a son, Mike Lamberson of Amarillo; a daughter, Vicky Rose of Amarillo; four brothers, Clifford of Shallowater, Leon of Wolf City, J.L. of Hobbs, N.M., and Pete of Houston; three sisters, Fay May of Hobbs, Beulah Bell of Amarillo and Pauline Dodson of Merkel; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family suggest memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice.
