All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Kemp Cemetery--Kemp OK Durant Daily Democrat 21 Dec 2004 Andray Francis Muylle Andray Francis Muylle, lifelong Kemp resident, passed away after a short illness at Texoma Medical Center surrounded by his loving family on Dec. 18, 2004, at the age of 89. He was the light of our lives and will be greatly missed. He was born on Jan. 10, 1915, to Julius Renatus Muylle and Ona Mae (Linney) Muylle at Hendrix. He graduated from Kemp High School. He helped in the construction of the Denison Dam while working for the WPA. Andray spent time with the MKT Railroad and later retired from the Pillsbury Company at the age of 64. He also was a farmer/rancher for most of his life. He married Frances Hackworth at Durant on May 28, 1938. She preceded him in death exactly two years earlier. Andray was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying the Oklahoma Sooners and the New York Yankees. One of his greatest loves was watching his grandchildren and great-grandchildren competing in various sports. He also enjoyed playing dominoes, riding in the pasture to look at the cows and sharing stories with his family and friends. He was a faithful member of the Kemp Church of Christ. He is survived by his four daughters and their husbands, all of Kemp: Joyce and Chester Nichols, Mary and Quincy Evans, Bonnie and Kenneth Ervin and Sandra and Bill Peebles; one brother, Hubert Lee Muylle and wife Clarene, Albany, Ore.; grandchildren Angelia Marr and husband Billy, Durant, Lisa Wilson, Kendell Ervin and wife Debra, Tammy Williams and husband Jeff, Kirk Ervin and wife Shelley, all of Kemp, Traci Biggerstaff and husband Frank, Sherman, Texas, Tara Peebles, Denison, Texas, and Toby Peebles, Round Rock, Texas; great-grandchildren April Marr, Sherman, Trey Marr and wife Leah, Colbert, Kimberly Marr, Durant, Kasey Ervin and wife Jessica, Koby, Keenen, Klint, Keith and Katelynn Ervin, all of Kemp, Micah Wilson, Sherman, Jamie Wilson, Kemp, Ashley and Kyle Williams, also of Kemp, Eli and Francis Biggerstaff, Sherman, Kamryn Peebles, Round Rock, and Taylor Pierce, Kemp; and one great-great-grandson, Klay Ervin, Kemp. Andray also leaves behind special friends George, Lane and Murray Dean Johnson, Connie Henderson, Rhonda Pierce and numerous nieces and nephews. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Kemp Church of Christ, Kemp. Ministers Bill Paxton and Jerry Fisher will officiate. Burial will be in the Kemp Cemetery with pallbearers being great-grandsons. Family hour will be from 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
