Gertrude Norman, 79

Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. at the Armstrong Baptist Church for Gertrude Norman, 79, Gransbury, Texas, who died Monday, Dec. 28, 1998, in Granbury.  The Rev. Russell Fincher will officiate.

The daughter of Robert and Stella (Tolbert) Jackson, she was born on Monday, June 9, 1919, in Johnson County, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Norman was a former Armstrong resident; a member of Armstrong Baptist Church; a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She married Lawrence Norman in Tishomingo in 1936.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Lawrence in 1988: daughters, LaDean Hendrix and LouAnn Anthony.

Burial will be in Coleman Cemetery under the direction of Murray Funeral Home.
