Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Paramount Terrace Christian Church with Scott Greer, pastor of the church, officiating. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens Mausoleum by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. Mrs. Pippin was born in Durant, Okla., on Jan. 8, 1935. She was married to Lloyd Pippin in September 1978 in Amarillo. She was a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church. She had been a member of the Town Club until recently and was past president of the Geological Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tuesday Chapman, in 1995; and a grandson, Cash Chapman. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Monda Daniel of Friona and Lynne Ayllon of San Antonio; a son, Allen Pippin of Amarillo; three sisters, Dorotha Adams of Burneyville, Okla., Judy Bolen of Denison and Gene Nelson of Fremont, Calif.; two brothers, E.M. Wright of Seminole and Franklin Wright of Denison; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79176.
