    Ethel Peters, 66

    Ethel Peters, 66, Calera, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, in her home. No 
    services are planned.

    Ms. Peters was born in Caddo to Sam and Willie Armstrong. She was the owner 
    of the City Cafe, Calera, for many years. 

    Arrangements were handled by Bratcher Funeral Home, Colbert.
