Dan W. Priddy

TUCUMCARI, N.M. - Dan W. Priddy, 73, died Wednesday, July 30, 1997.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Presbyterian Church with the 
Rev. John Mikow, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Tucumcari 
Memorial Park Cemetery by Dunn Funeral Home.

Mr. Priddy was born in Achille, Okla., and had been a Tucumcari resident 
since he was 5 years old. He attended Tucumcari schools and graduated from 
Tucumcari High School in 1942. He had been in the automobile business all 
of his adult life and for 25 years was the owner and manager of Southwest 
Motor Co.

He was a member of the New Mexico Automobile Dealers Association and was a 
director for his district. He was a member of the New Mexico Amigo 
Organization and the board of First National Bank in Tucumcari. He also 
was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jo Priddy; a son, Brian Priddy of Tucumcari; 
and three grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to First Presbyterian Church.
The body will be available for viewing at the funeral home from this 
afternoon until 1 p.m. Friday.
