Ronda R. Ray

CHANNING - Ronda R. Ray, 93, of Fredricksburg, died Monday, Jan. 25, 1999.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church of Channing 
with Royce Mason officiating. Burial will be in Channing Cemetery by 
Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St., Amarillo.

Mr. Ray was born in Grayson County. A rancher, he was a longtime resident 
of Channing and Amarillo. He was a member of First Baptist Church in 
Channing.

He married Oma Louise Roland in 1934 at Durant, Okla. She preceded him in 
death.

Survivors include a son, Don Ray of Channing; a daughter, Margaret 
Guseman-Elley of Fredericksburg; four sisters, Ruby Summers of Melissa, 
Francis Telford of Austin and Olene Stalcup and Loretta Bowden, both of 
Paul's Valley, Okla.; and three grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church in Channing or 
Channing Cemetery Fund.
