Clifford Rose, 72

Funeral services will be held at 2p.m. Saturday in 
Murray Funeral Home Chapel for Clifford Rose, 72, of 
Bokchito. The Rev. Randy Lewis will officiate. 
Mr. Rose died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999 in Armstrong.

The son of Frank and Laura (Cross) Rose, he was born 
Thursday, Feb. 25, 1926, in Utica.

Mr. Rose was a farmer and member of the Blue Baptist 
Church. He enjoyed fishing.

He married Mary Joslyn on Jan.22, 1990, in Durant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Joyce 
Rose McAlester in 1994, son Thomas Rose in 1973, brother 
Lester Rose in 1987 and sister Sade Perkins in 1988.

Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery in Calera under the 
direction of Murray Funeral Home.
