Funeral services are pending for 
former Durant resident Irella S. Rickerson, 80, of 
Dallas, who died Friday, Dec. 18, 1998, in Dallas. 
Coffey Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Iraella S. Rickerson, 80

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Highland 
Cemetery in Durant for Iraella S. Rickerson, 80, Dallas, 
Texas, who died Friday, Dec.18, 1998, at Brentwood Place 
Nursing Home in Dallas. The Rev. Carrell Hooper will officiate.

The daughter of Wiley and Margaret Stark, she was born on 
March 17, l918 in Joplin, Mo.

A longtime resident of Durant, she was a beautician and 
owner/operator of Rickerson Beauty Shop and a member of 
Calvary Baptist Church.

She married Leslie T. Rickerson in 1940 in Sulphur.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; son, David 
Stark in 1951 and a brother, Relbie Stark in 1944.

Coffey Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
