Survivors omitted. Tuesday, November 25, 2003 Durant Daily Democrat Otha T. Ratcliff He married is wife of 70 years, Mary Lou Ratcliff. He became a deacon in 1947 at Ross Avenue Baptist Church. Every Sunday, he greeted those attending Sunday School and every Monday he visited those who were absent Sunday. A member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lakeside Baptist Church, 9150 Garland Rd, Dallas, TX 75228. Interment will be in Restland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6- 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
