All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Durant Daily Democrat 14 Jan 2005 Calvin Ray Shoopman, 41 Calvin Ray Shoopman, 41, Kingston, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at the Integris Marshall County Medical Center in Madill. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Watts Funeral Home, Kingston. Dan Clifton will officiate. He was born Dec. 7, 1963, in Oklahoma City to James Ray and Brenda Kay Kundysek Shoopman. He was raised in Oklahoma City. He attended school for several years in Washington before receiving his GED in 1985. Before moving to Kingston in 1994, he lived in Durant, Dallas, Texas, and the Fort Worth, Texas, area. Calvin was owner and operator of Eagle Overhead Door Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing computer games. He was affiliated with the Baptist faith. He was preceded death by his grandparents Retha Kundysek and Anna Laura and Andrew Jackson Shoopman. He is survived by his parents, of Kingston; life companion Bonnie Mills, Kingston; sons Tyler B. O'Bannion, Burleson, Texas, and Joshua Mills, Kingston; daughter Kaylee Nicole Shoopman, West Leipsic, Ohio; grandparent Jim Kundysek, Kingston; and sisters Reta January, Oklahoma City, and Cathryn Parnell, Comack, N.Y. Burial will be a the Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, with pallbearers Shane Corbett, James Brister, John Higganbotham, Richard Blanchard, Ed Jackson and Gene Posey.
