Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Monte Kreis, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Gould Cemetery at Gould, Okla., by Adams Funeral Home. Mrs. Smith was born in Achille, Okla., and graduated from high school in Eldorado, Okla. She moved to Wellington in 1967 from Borger. A retired dietitian for Thomas Nursing Home in Wellington, she was a member of First Methodist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She married Leslie Cannon in 1939 at Ontario, Calif. He died in 1973. She married Hobart Smith in 1977 at Duke, Okla. He died in 1999. Survivors include three daughters, Linda Johnson and Kathy Coleman, both of Wellington, and Kim West of Flower Mound; four grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church; or Wellington Cemetery Association.
