	Alene L. (Perkins) Tucker, 67

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at 
Caney Baptist Church for Alene L. (Perkins) Tucker, 
67, Caney, who died Friday, Oct. 1, 1999, in Sherman, 
Texas. The Revs. Dan Sexton and Bob Johnson will 
officiate.

Mrs. Tucker was born April 21, 1932, in Caney to Noal 
W. Perkins and Jincey Gibson. On Jan. 31, 1959, she 
married Carl Tucker in Durant. She worked as a 
nurses' aid at the Atoka hospital. She enjoyed 
fishing, quilting, traveling and being with her 
family. She was a member of Pine Grove United 
Methodist Church, Lane. 

Mrs. Tucker was preceded in death by her parents. 

Her sons and sons-in-law will serve as pallbearers. 

Family hour will be 6-7 p.m. Monday at Murray Funeral 
Home, Durant. 

Burial will be in Caney Cemetery. 

Murray Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
