Thompson, 82, Mead, who died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at his residence. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery in Ardmore. Family hour will be 6-7 p.m. Friday. Thompson, 82 A service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Streetman Road Baptist Church, Mead, for Oran B. Thompson, 82, Mead, who died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at his residence. The Rev. Durlin Lejune will officiate. Thompson was born Oct. 16, 1921 in Estaleen, Texas to Robert D. and Percie James (Bryant) Thompson. He married Vera Snow April 4, 1980 in Anadarko. Thompson was a member of the Streetman Road Baptist Church. He loved to travel across the U.S., pulling their fifth-wheel trailor, to all but five of the states. He loved golf and flying airplanes and owned his own car dealership and bowling alley in Healdton. Thompson was preceded in death by his parents. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Ardmore.
