Rev. CarrellHooper and Rev. Keith Taylor will officiate. The daughter of the late Phillip and Lula Johnson Jackson, she was bornAug. 19, 1934, in Colbert. She attended schools in Achille and marriedGlenn Thomas Nov. 9, 1950, in Durant. She has been a member of GraceIndian Baptist Church for many years and had worked for Texas Instrumentsfor 17 years before retiring in 1985. She was a gifted housewife and amother who loved to cook. She had been a resident of Denison for the past52 years. She was also preceded in death by her son Randall Wade Thomasand brother Amos Jim Jackson. She is survived by her husband of the home, Glenn Thomas, Denison; sons Robert Thomas, Denison, and Ricky Thomas and wife Carolyn, Denison;daughters Glenna Taylor, Denison, and Karen Schroeder and husbandLawrence, Southmayd, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great- grandchildren. Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery, Achille, with Joe Camp, Amos TaylorJr., Monty Taylor, Billie Taylor, Kenneth LaFlore and Jason LaFloreserving as pallbearers. Family hour will be 7-8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
