Roger D. Vansickle, 44

Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday in the First 
Baptist Church in Boswell for former Boswell resident Roger 
D. Vansickle, 44, of Fort Worth, Texas. The Revs. Rick Austin 
and Jim Robinson will officiate. Mr. Vansickle died Monday, 
April 19, 1999, at his Fort Worth residence.

The son of J.T. Vansickle and Helen Marie Stephens Vansickle, 
he was born Aug. 22, 1954, in Hugo. 

Mr. Vansickle was a customer service representative for the 
Jefferson Smurfit Corporation of Fort Worth. He was a veteran 
of the U.S. Navy. 

He was preceded in death by his father J.T. Vansickle 
and son Kevin Vansickle. 

Burial will be in Restland Cemetery in Boswell under the 
direction of Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home. 

The Boswell Veteran's of Foreign Wars Post 1048 will conduct 
military honors at the graveside.
