Kathleen Belle (Goad) Wingfield, 84
Funeral services will be held in the Achille School Auditorium 
at 2 p.m. for Kathleen Belle (Goad) Wingfield, 84. The Rev. Jacob 
Toews and Dane Hill will officiate. Mrs. Wingfield died Saturday, 
Dec.12, l998 at her Achille residence.

A lifelong resident of Bryan County, she was born Dec. 31, 1913, 
to Earl Park and Nettie Alice Allison Goad.

She was a teacher's aide for, Bryan County Head Start for over 13 
years.  She attended Smith Lee School and Russell School in Durant 
and was a member of Prairie view Baptist Church.

She married Edmond Lee Wingfield on Jan. 2, 1932 in Bryan County. 

She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 23, 1995, her parents, 
son Edmond Earl Wingfield, sister Mary Nelson, three granddaughters 
and a great-grandson.

Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery in Achille under the direction 
of Cunningham Funeral Home in Achille.
