Winnett Service Thursday Funeral service for F.W. "Red" Winnett, 67, of Colbert, who was dead on arrival at a local hospital Tuesday will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Colbert Methodist church. John Dennis will officiate and burial will be in the Colbert cemetery. A retired rancher and butcher, he had lived in Bryan county since 1916 and was a member of the Methodist faith. He was born in 1905 in Illinois. In 1957 he married the former Leona Ladd Rochelle who survives. He is also survived by two sons and a daughter; David of Ellisville, MO; Larry of Pawnee, Okla., and Jennett Badgett of Denison. Three brothers and four sisters also survive, Buck of Durant, Hoyt and Bill both of Colbert, Julia Weems of Colbert; Ina Mattingly of Calera; Maggie Hopkins of Achille and Mede Perry of Celina, Tex. The family will be at the Coffey Funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight
