The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ====================================================================== Mildred Ashley Ahboah April 24, 2000 Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, 27-Apr-2000 at the Smith Funeral Chapel in Anadarko for Mildred Ashley Ahboah, 81, of Anadarko, who died 24-Apr-2000 in Chickasha. Offciating at the service was George Dangko. A prayer service was held 26-Apr-2000 at the Smith Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Anadarko's Memory Lane Cemetery under the direction Smith Funeral Home. Mrs. Ahboah was born 22-Jul-1918 in Anadarko to George and Alice (Witt) Ashley. She married Wilson Ahboah 15-Apr-1934 in Stecker, Caddo County, Ok. She was a lifelong resident of Caddo County. She was a member of the Kiowa Native American Church, the Wichita Service Club, the Esa Rosa Whitewolf Club and the Oklahoma City Powwow Club. Preceding her in death was her husband, her parents, and one grandson. Survivors include four sons, four daughters, 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and one brother.
