Burial was in the Fort Cobb Cemetery located north of Fort Cobb, caddo, Ok. Avery was born 10-Nov-1919 near Fort Cobb. He married Jewel Smith in 1959 in Chickasha. He was a long time resident of Caddo Co. and resided in Chickasha for six months before his death. He was a carpenter and a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife; three sons; seven brothers; three sisters; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
