Burial will be in the Fletcher cemetery, Fletcher, comanche co., Ok. under the direction of the Binyon-Cyril Funeral Home of Cyril. Actkinson was born 19-Oct-1905 in Wylie, Texas to Will and Maggie Jane (Grayam) Pierce. She married at Faxon, Ok. in 1922 Claud Actkinson. Actkinson lived most of her life in Comanche county and moved to Cyril in 1958 where she lived until 1981 when she moved to Hot Springs, Ark. She was a member of the Cyril First Baptist Church and the Hot Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one daughter, Peggy Ringeisin and one son, Billy Joe Actkinson. Survivors include four sons, three daughters, 23 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
