Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, 16-May-1996, at Smith 
Funeral Chapel of Anadarko for Juan 'John' Pablo Aguilar, 27, of 
Lawton, Comanche county, Ok., who died 13-May-1996 in Chickasha, 
Grady county, Ok. Officiating at the service was Elder Edward 
Buchanan. Burial was in Anadarko's Memory Lane Cemetery under the 
direction of Smith Funeral Chapel of Anadarko. Pallbearers were Jimmy 
Torres, Curtis Smith, Mark Campbell, David Douglas, Tyler Torres and 
Paul Gomez.

Aguilar was born 22-Apr-1968 at Fort Sill, Comanche county, Ok. to 
Guadalupe and Norma L. Aranda Aguilar. He was employed as a truck 
driver and had lived in the Lawton area most of his life.

Preceding him in death were his paternal and maternal grandparents 
and three uncles. Survivors include his father of Lawton; his mother 
of Anadarko; one brother, Billy Palmer of Anadarko; two sisters, 
Regina Aguilar Smith and Andrea Douglas, both of Anadarko; and one 
niece and one nephew.
