Mark Barnett offciating. Allen was born Sept. 12, 1967 in El Paso, Texas to Ronald E. Sr., and Linda (Hinton) Allen and died in a traffic accident Monday, March 13, 2000 in El Paso. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Hannah Bryce Allen. He graduated from Eastwood High School in El Paso in 1986 and was attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford pursuing a degree in manufacturing engineering technology. He married the former Sharri Jeannette Bailey July 29, 1989 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in El Paso. They were happily married for 10 years. To this union, was born Hannah Bryce Allen Jan. 22, 1999 in Oklahoma City. Burial was in the Geary Cemetery under the direction of the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home of Hinton.
